Fire has been a part of my own healing for years
I sat with my journal beside the fire year after year, writing down what I was ready to release and placing it in the flames. Once, the fire took me into a hypnotic state and guided me into my own inner child healing. It is truly transformational to set intention in the presence of the fire. Fire transforms everything it touches, including our hearts and everything we carry.
Years ago, when I was just beginning to awaken, a psychic woman told me I would one day lead others in ceremony to honor the Earth. I was terrified. I didn't yet know how to heal myself, let alone guide others. But here we are. 💚
Now I bring the same healing to these ceremonies that I use with private clients, guiding you into your somatic wisdom, where your body holds everything you've ever experienced and everything you can be.
We are made of the elements. When we connect with them, we remember who we are. We and the elements are part of the same creation. When we touch that power, something ancient wakes up in us.
It's time to return to our true nature, to our hearts, our love, our compassion, and the infinite creativity that lives inside us.
